Assembly Ground, a busy modern Melbourne Restaurant/cafe seating 120 people located on the busiest street of Essendon! We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to come and lead the front of house team and also take control of operations including orders, stock take, business planning and future growth plans. Candidates will need to have the ability to operate the floor of a busy cafe and lead and coordinate a team to work comfortably under pressure. They will need experience in large team management and the drive to grow the business. As well as excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a 'can do' attitude and friendly disposition.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 2 year experience managing similar restaurants/cafes
