Change Manager - NV1
6 month contract (plus potential 3 month extension)

$900 - $1,100 per day incl. superannuation

Kinexus is searching for an experienced Change Manager with an NV1 clearance to take the lead in communicating changes across a number of office and site relocations for the Department of Defence in Canberra. In this role, you'll be leading multiple change management sessions across a number of groups, engaging with senior stakeholders on the status of change processes, and updating plans, products and templates.

This is a 6 month contract set to commence in August 2025 (potential 3 month extension) with work being done in Canberra. This role pays a daily rate of between $900p/d and $1,100p/d dependent on experience. It is essential that you hold and active or reinstatable NV1 security clearance.

Selection Criteria:

• You must hold a minimum of NV1 security clearance
• Previous experience working as a Change Manager in Defence, with familiarity of Defence change management processes
• Experience as a in change management working on an office or site relocation project
