An exceptional chance awaits an adept Inside Sales Administrator to join the ranks of a highly successful Global Freight Forwarder. In response to a surge in new business and business restructuring, this organization is bolstering its Commercial Sales team.

Reporting directly to the Groups Sales Manager and forging close collaborations with departmental managers and sales representatives, overseas offices, agents and suppliers and customers, you will become an integral part of an award-winning Forwarder that has achieved remarkable growth and global return on investment over the past few years.

Your primary responsibilities will be to fully support 3 business development managers, with the following tasks but not limited to:

Upkeeping customers information and lead generation information

Assist in new business prospects via lead generation sources

General internal sales & administrative support

Collecting and interpreting data for quote generation

Maintaining & creating spreadsheets and updating sales CRMs

Establishing connections with overseas offices, agents, and customers

Collaborating closely with sales representatives and other departmental managers

Assisting in the implementation of new processes where needed

Participation in tender response for new business opportunities

Generating new quotes

This role suits an individual with a background in support and administrations, freight administration support. You must demonstrate:

Experience in a support role within a Sales Department working for a freight forwarder

Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities

Keen attention to detail

Experience with sales CRMs

A sense of urgency

A collaborative approach working within a team environment.

Readiness to undertake additional tasks as necessary.

Robust IT skills and efficient system navigation

Skillful task prioritization and exceptional organizational aptitude
