You’re a high-performing Estate Manager / Senior Sales Consultant with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results within a high-performing team. You thrive in a collaborative environment—sharing knowledge, supporting your colleagues, and working together to achieve goals. You know how to use data and buyer insight to shape smart solutions, and you play a key role in motivating those around you to deliver exceptional outcomes. You're committed to creating outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the long-term success of both the project and the team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Certified Property Professional: You hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to industry excellence and adherence to best‑practice standards.
Full Drivers License and reliable car
Proven Sales Achiever: You bring a track record of strong performance in residential land or property sales, consistently converting leads into closed deals and exceeding targets.
Emotional Intelligence & Rapport: Talent for building instant trust with diverse buyer segments—first‑home buyers, upsizers and investors alike.
Solution‑Centred Problem Solving: Ability to design tailored offers and incentives that remove barriers to sale and delight customers.
