We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our inbound sales team in North Geelong. You’ll be speaking to customers who’ve already enquired about our energy upgrade services — no chasing, just genuine interest.

This is a full-time, office-based role with a strong commission structure, great support, and the chance to build a long-term career in a growing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound phone calls and online enquiries

Qualifying customer needs and checking rebate eligibility

Explaining product options and government incentives

Managing the full sales process and closing deals

Meeting weekly KPIs and sales targets

Logging details in our CRM system and keeping tasks on track

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to sell — ideally over the phone

Confident communicator who can handle objections

Motivated, resilient, and results-focused

Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)

Knowledge of energy products or rebates is helpful, but not required
