Broken Hearts Burger Club is growing fast with 9 stores , and we need someone who’s confident running a fast-paced kitchen and leading from the front.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll:

Work the grill, fryer, and pass during busy service

Train, roster and lead a high-energy team

Own quality, speed and customer satisfaction

Manage stock, prep, and service standards

Be on the floor and in the action — not just in the office

What we’re after:

Hospo experience in a fast food or QSR environment

Proven leadership – you’ve run shifts before

Someone who loves the pressure and thrives in it

Can work weekends, nights and public holidays
