We’re on the lookout for ambitious individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and learn what it takes to succeed in real estate, from generating leads and making calls, to attending open homes and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

The Role

This is not a desk job. As a Sales Associate, you’ll work alongside one of our top-performing agents and play an integral role in growing their business. Your day-to-day will include:

Prospecting for new business via phone calls, SMS, and door knocking

Attending and assisting with open homes and buyer inspections

Managing and updating databases with lead and contact information

Booking appointments, organising follow-ups, and maintaining schedules

Responding to buyer and seller enquiries

Liaising with clients to support active sales campaigns

Shadowing negotiations and offer management to learn the ropes

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and is eager to learn from the best.

You’ll Need To Be:

Confident, driven, and coachable with a strong work ethic

Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to new people

Well-presented and professional in your appearance and communication

Organised, reliable, and solutions-focused

A team player who’s willing to go the extra mile

Available to work Saturdays for open homes

You must also have:

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

A QLD Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
