As we prepare to open our new display home, we’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role
This position is based at our upcoming display home in Yeppoon, working Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm, with the primary goal of securing new home builds in the Yeppoon and Rockhampton region.

You’ll be the face of Pavscorp- guiding clients from initial enquiry through to our contracts team, delivering a seamless and personalised experience throughout the home-building journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full sales process from initial contact

Create tailored sales strategies and manage your own pipeline

Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with prospective clients

Educate and support clients through the home-building process

Represent Pavscorp with professionalism and exceptional communication

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (essential)

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong initiative, follow-up skills, and the ability to work autonomously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sound understanding of the residential building process and terminology is preferred but not essential
