About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at McGrath Beenleigh as a Residential Sales Cadet. As a Residential Sales Cadet, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This full-time position is based in Beenleigh, Queensland. This position will be for 12 months and the focus is to upgrade your skillset into a fully fledged agent and build a sales team around each individual.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the sales team with property inspections, open homes and client meetings

Conducting market research and preparing property reports

Helping with the marketing and promotion of listed properties

Providing administrative support to the sales team as required

Developing your skills in real estate sales and negotiation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

A proactive and customer-focused approach

Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable
