Credit Counsellors Australia is seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Bundall, QLD office. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for helping individuals and families improve their financial wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

Proactively reach out to potential clients to assess their financial needs and educate them on our credit counselling services

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to convert leads into clients

Assist individuals in financial distress

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients

Collaborate with the wider team to identify new sales opportunities and improve processes

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Experience in the banking or financial services industry or ability to adapt quickly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and understand clients' needs

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to help clients find the best solutions

Strong telephone manner and a willingness to listen

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related software

Passion for helping individuals and families improve their financial wellbeing
