About the Role

As our Transport Administrator, you’ll support the operations team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks that are vital to our transport and logistics workflows. You’ll be the go-to person for paperwork accuracy, system integrity, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage timeslot bookings for deliveries and pickups

Action and track booking requests from customers and internal teams

Process and validate delivery paperwork for accuracy and completeness

Notify, record, and follow up on demurrage and futile charges

Liaise closely with the Customer Service team to resolve queries and support seamless service delivery

Support the operations team with problem-solving and issue resolution

Ensure data accuracy between paperwork and internal systems

Manage and distribute manifests and delivery documentation

Assist with labelling and freight preparation where needed

Maintain accurate pallet control records

About You

Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or admin role (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and external stakeholders

Able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment

Tech-savvy with basic to intermediate Excel and system knowledge

A proactive and adaptable attitude with a team-first approach
