About the role
As Assistant Front of House Manager, you'll assist to oversee our dailyoperations, including the restaurant, weddings, events, cellar door, and tours.Your role is to ensure seamless operations, lead a cohesive team, and maintainour reputation as the premier destination in the Yarra Valley. Weekend andpublic holiday availability required.

Duties:
Ensure seamless cooperation and teamwork between front and back of house staff.
Collaborate with wedding coordinators to deliverfaultless event experiences.Oversee cellar door operations and retailexperiences.

Maintain high service standards across restaurant, cellar door, andweddings.

Supervise stock movement.

Respond promptly to booking inquiries.
· Maintain staff training and recruitment.
· Manage the casual team and rosters in accordancewith daily business needs.

You will love this role if you have:
Experience in hospitality management, preferably ina comparable restaurant and eventssetting.
Ability to manage teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toliaise effectively with suppliers, staff, and customers.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
