CHA CHING is on the hunt for a dynamic Team Leader Management to help lead our fast-paced, high-energy venue in the heart of Melbourne. If you thrive in a buzzing environment, love hospitality, and are ready to take the next big step in your career—we want to hear from you!

💥 What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry

Full availability Monday–Sunday (38 hrs/week)

Valid work-rights in Australia

Fast learner with a strong work ethic

Positive attitude and a true team player

Passion for hospitality and outstanding service

Leadership drive & a love for what you do!

Supporting daily restaurant operations with the Manager

Leading and motivating the team during busy services

Delivering unforgettable guest experiences

Bringing new ideas to the table and helping the venue grow
