About Us
Mr Pappardelle is a well-loved Italian restaurant located in Karingal, VIC, specialising in woodfired pizza, fresh pasta, and warm, casual dining. We’re proud of our local reputation and are now looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our growing hospitality team.

The Role
This is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for someone with experience in a restaurant manager, duty manager, or hospitality supervisor role. You will be responsible for:

Leading the front of house team during busy service periods

Managing bookings, floor flow, and customer satisfaction

Training and mentoring junior staff and waitstaff

Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance

Handling customer issues calmly and professionally

Working closely with kitchen staff and ownership to run a tight ship

Becoming the friendly, reliable face of the venue

About You
We’re looking for someone with a bit of maturity and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. You’ll bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role

Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills

A personable, confident, and composed presence on the floor

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods

A drive to lead by example and build a positive team culture
