About Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Analysis & Intelligence team! This full time position is based at our Head Office in South Geelong.

Reporting to the Senior Business Intelligence & Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming operational data into strategic insights that drive performance across our national supply chain.

About Your New Position

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design and implement ETL scripts and data warehouse solutions.

Design and develop data models optimised for Supply Chains, Business Intelligence and Analytics

Monitor data warehouse tasks, including process chains, data reconciliations, and problem resolution.

Prepare and improve reports and dashboards that provide visibility on business operations and facilitate decision making

Prepare business cases, financial models and project plans for projects and investment proposals

Design, architect, configure, develop and implement a centralised Enterprise data warehouse solution for supply chain business applications data using Microsoft technologies.

Examines end-to-end supply chain operations to uncover inefficiencies and recommend enhancements that drive performance and cost-effectiveness.

Implementation and analysis of systems that track stock flow and availability, producing detailed reports to flag inconsistencies and maintain accurate inventory control.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics and distribution

Lead data-driven projects aligned with strategic business goals

About You

To be successful you will bring the following skills and qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (AQF comparable)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain or distribution-related role

At least 2 years in a strategic supply chain management or analytical role

Proven ability to manage and lead business initiatives

Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data modelling

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
