Contract Administrator – $300M+ commercial project
$75 – $110 p/h | Contract Role
Contract Administrator to join the team on contract, working closely with the site team and Commercial Manager to keep things moving efficiently on-site and behind the scenes.

About the role:
You’ll step straight into a key role supporting the commercial delivery of the project — overseeing subcontractor packages, procurement, variations, and reporting. This is a contract role for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong high-rise knowledge to the table.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
- Strong background in high-rise / multi-residential construction
- Able to manage multiple packages and work autonomously
- Available for an immediate start
