💼 The Details
We’re currently recruiting Remote Area Nurses for contract roles ranging from 4 to 12+ weeks, with high chances of extension or requests for return placements - a testament to the incredible trust and impact our nurses build with these communities.
You'll be working within a Primary Health Care model, often alongside Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Multi-disciplinary teams, delivering high-quality, culturally respectful care. Our clients are deeply community-focused, and truly value nurses who are committed to continuity and connection.

💰 What’s On Offer

• $85–$100 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates
• Paid on-call and overtime (varies per client)
• Flights and accommodation within Australia covered and arranged by our dedicated in-house logistics team
• DNA uniform provided
• 24/7 support from myself & Martin – we know remote, and we’ve got your back
• Work with an agency that values and understands your skills, and speaks your language

✅ What You’ll Need

• ALS (Advanced Life Support) – essential
• REC + MEC – essential / desirable
• Immunisation certificate
• National Police Check
• WWCC (for the relevant state)
• Pharmacotherapeutics – highly desirable
• Strong experience as a Remote Area Nurse or ED, ideally in Aboriginal communities
• A genuine respect for and commitment to cultural safety, continuity of care and community engagement

A number of our clients are now increasingly permanent RAN roles - either relocation-based or FIFO-style arrangements (e.g. 6 months on, time off, repeat). These roles are perfect for Remote Area Nurses who want to truly immerse themselves in a community, build long-term relationships, and be part of something meaningful over time. Relocation assistance or FIFO support provided (will vary depending on client).
