Customer Service Administrator – Contract Role

Are you an experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments? We’re partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their Maroochydore-based team, supporting a high-impact remediation project.

You’ll receive full training in your first week, with ongoing support from an experienced team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while building your corporate customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries across phone, email, SMS, and social media
• Resolve complex issues with empathy and professionalism
• Use multiple systems confidently to locate customer information and lodge outcomes
• Collaborate with your team to maintain service standards and compliance
• Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution for customers

What we’re looking for

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to customer conversations
• Confident navigating multiple systems, including Outlook, Teams, and CRMs
• Adaptability and comfort working in a high-volume, changing environment
• A team player with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
• Availability to commence this role in early July and commit to full-time hours
