About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support a capital delivery team during a peak workload period. This short-term contract is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently support the delivery of professional services and capital works contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration services across multiple capital projects.
• Support project and contract managers with compliance, reporting, and contractor performance monitoring.
• Develop and refine processes for effective contract execution and control.
• Analyse contract performance data and provide reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project delivery teams to ensure operational alignment.

About You

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in contract administration for infrastructure, construction, or capital projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a systems-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Law, or similar (desirable but not essential).
