Join Our Specialist Endodontic Team – Dental Assistant & Dental Receptionist Wanted

We are a specialist endodontic practice with clinics in Charlestown and Maitland. Our team includes six Endodontists and 21 staff members who work together to provide high-quality care in a supportive, professional environment. We value a positive team culture and have a strong track record of staff retention.

Dental Assistant – 3 to 4 Days Per Week

Our Dental Assistants are trained in using a dental operating microscope, four-handed dentistry, radiology and dental lasers. We are looking for someone who is a motivated team player and is willing to expand their skills. Ideally you will possess:

Excellent communication skills

Professional presentation and conduct

Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn

Ability to take initiative and follow protocols

Prior dental experience preferred but not essential

About the role:

Above award wages

3-4 days per week, flexible days

Dental Assisting, sterilisation and infection control procedures

Four handed dentistry with both the Endodontist and Dental Assistant using the microscope

Supportive training to ensure a high standard in all aspects of clinical work

No weekend work

Dental Receptionist – 3 to 4 Days Per Week

The receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and referrers. This role includes booking appointments, managing referrals, and general front desk duties.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has clear and professional communication

Can multitask and stay organised

Has experience in a dental or medical front desk role (preferred)

Is comfortable using dental software or willing to learn
