Overview:

U Homes L is seeking a highly organized and proactive Pre-Site Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone with experience in contract administration, pre-sales support, and navigating the building permit process. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are set up for success from the initial contract phase through to securing building permits, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration: Manage and administer pre-construction contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, managing client inquiries, and coordinating pre-sale activities.

Building Permit Coordination: Oversee the entire building permit application process, including gathering necessary documentation, completing forms, and submitting applications to relevant authorities.

Plan Review & Compliance: Review architectural drawings, construction plans, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations.

Customer Service: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates on permit status, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with regulatory agencies, internal teams (sales, construction, etc.), and external stakeholders (architects, engineers) to facilitate smooth project progression.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, approvals, and related documentation. Track application statuses and provide regular updates.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the contract or permitting process.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year Proven experience in contract administration, pre-sales support, and customer service roles.

Solid understanding of the building permit application process.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.

Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements (preferred).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency in using permit tracking systems and standard office software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years Previous experience in the residential construction industry.

Familiarity with relevant software and online portals for permit applications.
