The Company

This company are an award winning Melbourne-based home builder known for delivering high-quality, custom-designed homes. They offer a wide range of home-building services, including custom-built single and double-storey homes, luxury residences, Knock Down rebuild projects and Townhouses.

The Role

  • Provide communication with clients through all means necessary to keep them informed throughout the
    administration process.
  • Ensure clients are contacted at least once a week for all pre-site titled jobs.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional and positive manner.
  • Ensure all jobs are up to date in the system and that all communications are logged.
  • Create and prepare customer contracts.
  • Conduct contract signing appointments.
  • Create variations where applicable.
  • Liaise with Operational and Construction teams to ensure customers are always well informed with the correct information.
  • Attend weekly department meetings to report on results and action any items.
  • Meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as set out by the Operations Manager

Minimum requirements

  • Must Have experience working directly for a Home builder in a customer service / construction admin role (pre-site or on-site)
  • Strong understanding of homebuilding processes, systems, and warranty standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and building codes
  • Proficient in using maintenance management or scheduling software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
