Shoredan Projects we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Builder or Site Supervisor to join their leading Palm Beach Building Company (specialising in the construction of luxury architecturally designed residential homes in Palm Beach). The right candidates will be confident in all aspects of carpentry and Building, Minimum 5 years' experience.

You will be offered an immediate start, a permanent position with a reputable company in the industry.

On top of that, in line with our company's vision “Not to Drive on the M1”, all our work is in Palm Beach!!

You will be working on high-end residential projects, requiring precision, initiative, and a deep understanding of architectural details and the carpentry trade. You also will have experience in new builds using stick framing, extension/ renovations with a solid understanding and skill base from foundations, frame, fix and lock up.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about what they do and can see more of a bigger picture within our company.

We are a small family based company, the right candidate will be looking for a long term role, present well and want to grow their position.

Hours : Monday - Friday

Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.

You must have own vehicle and tools and be able to work in a team environment.

Ability to read technical documents and plans

Good physical condition and endurance

Hourly pay rate dependent on skillset and experience.
