Randstad is proud to partner with a leading provider of construction and strategic building maintenance services for the Queensland Government. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor for an immediate start in Toowoomba.

This role plays a crucial part in delivering construction, upgrade, and maintenance works across regional assets - combining technical knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and strong site supervision.

What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, you will:

• Manage and coordinate project planning and delivery activities
  
  
• Supervise contractors and trade staff on site
  
  
• Scope work, prepare estimates and accurate project documentation
  
  
• Oversee contract administration across a range of preventative maintenance services
  
  
• Conduct condition assessments and ensure compliance with WHS legislation
  
  
• Undertake on-site safety inspections, including plant and equipment audits
  
  
• Support the development of both office and field staff
  
  
• Ensure safe work method statements and risk assessments are in place
  
  
• Travel throughout the region as needed (including occasional overnight stays)
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Trade background (highly desirable)
  
  
• Construction industry trade qualification preferred
  
  
• Significant supervisory experience in maintenance and construction
  
  
• Strong understanding of procurement, technical specifications, and service frequencies
  
  
• WHS knowledge with a current General Safety Induction (White Card)
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
  
• Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel (Vehicle and accomodation provided on travel days)

• Hold a Current Builders Supervisors Licence - Highly Regarded
• A current Open Class C Driver's Licence (Queensland) or equivalent.
• Criminal history check prior to appointment
