An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Administration and Customer Service allrounder.

This Full time role is based at our production site in Dandenong Victoria and experience is essential.

Key tasks of the role includes:

Being the leading point of contact with Refresh Waters trade and business customers

Working with warehouse supervisor for daily allocations of shipments

Clear and efficient communication to external and internal customers

Ensuring picking, dispatch, inbound and warehouse processes are followed

Working in partnership with the production and management team

Scheduling of customer orders and production plans

Customer order processing and invoicing

Communicating with suppliers, ensuring ongoing supply of materials

Coordination of AP and AR

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, MYOB or Xero

Proven ability to problem solve

A passion for clear communication and customer service

Proven organisational skills

The ability to think quickly and handle multiple tasks

Possess strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy

Be positive and pro active with a strong work ethic
