About the role
Smart Start Interlocks is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive and seamless.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
A passion for providing a positive customer experience and a commitment to continuous improvement
A national police check
