About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of clients, including wholesalers and manufacturers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to incoming calls and customer enquiries

Processing standard and customised orders efficiently and accurately

Building strong, professional relationships with customers

Managing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints

Following up on orders, deliveries, and timelines

Providing general administrative support to the broader team
