We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to take ownership of their role and make a meaningful impact on the growth, culture, and success of our gym.

💼 What the Role Involves

You’ll have the autonomy to shape your day, make decisions, and take charge of key areas of the business.

You will:

Drive membership growth by converting both online and in-person enquiries

Build genuine relationships with members and create a welcoming, high-energy environment

Take ownership of daily gym operations and ensure everything runs smoothly during management hours

Lead by example and contribute to the gym’s community-focused culture

Represent our brand with confidence, integrity, and initiative

✅ You’ll Need:

Proven sales experience (fitness industry preferred but not essential)

A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others

The ability to work independently, show initiative, and stay self-motivated

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A team-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility

Saturday availability is essential, along with the ability to work over the 2025/2026 Christmas–New Year period.
