The Neurological Council of WA is a not-for-profit organisation providing leadership, advocacy and community-based services for people affected by neurological conditions or symptoms.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Digital & Communications to join our passionate team, working two days per week in a part-time support role. This hands-on role suits someone skilled at using a range of platforms and channels to help amplify our advocacy, services and community impact.
What you’ll do
Under the guidance of our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll:
Create, schedule and publish social media and e-newsletter content using relevant platforms
Maintain and update website pages using CMS tools
Draft and share stories, service updates and testimonials that highlight lived experience
Coordinate content calendars and digital asset libraries
Support the creation of printed materials such as flyers, posters and brochures
Help promote events and community engagement opportunities
Assist with reporting on marketing and communications performance
Ensure NCWA’s voice, brand and accessibility standards are upheld
What you’ll bring
Experience in a marketing, communications or content support role – 2 years +
Proficiency in (or an appetite to learn) marketing technology platforms including Canva, Mailchimp, CMS, Google Analytics and social media tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Excellent writing, editing and attention to detail
A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently when required
A genuine interest in supporting health equity and community impact
Desirable
Experience in the not-for-profit, health or community sectors
Basic video editing and graphic design skills
Understanding of inclusive and accessible communication
Qualification in marketing or related field

circa $75,000 p.a. (pro-rata 0.4 FTE) + 12% super
