Are you a proactive and self-motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator or Graphics Designer looking to take ownership of an established brands marketing initiatives? We are seeking an adaptable marketing professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is eager to own and drive projects forward.

About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with the General Manager, being the individual that shapes and delivers the company’s marketing and branding strategies across multiple regions. This is a broad-based marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys working across various disciplines and is comfortable taking the lead on projects from conception to execution, including all associated marketing administration tasks. The role is a firmly hands on role, reponsible for physical production and creation of all marketing facets and associated administration.

Key Responsibilities

• A "do it all role" - this role operates as the solo marketing representative within the business, responsible for each and every facet.
• Drive the business' online presence via multiple social media platforms - developing and sharing engaging content.
• Organize and execute key industry events, including planning logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful event delivery.
• Oversee the establishment and launch of a new company website, working closely with external vendors and the internal sale team to ensure a seamless rollout.
• Lead the creation and launch of a new product brochure/catalogue, managing the end-to-end process from concept to distribution.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives in Australia (primarily), Indonesia and Africa, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across regions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Software experience with Adobe, Mailchimp, Wordpress and Joomla.
• Comfortable with a role that will initially have a 50% Marketing Administration function - updating website catalogue with all current products and, associated marketing material.
• Able to work independently and manage own workload. The role reports directly to the GM of the business and they are looking for a self starter, someone that can take the initiative and drive their ideas forward,
• Attention to detail - you will create and curate your content before posting. We're looking for someone that takes pride in their work, will self-check and critique, prior to posting to platforms.
• Website Management - Word closely with web developer to maintain existing website, fix issues and blemishes, whilst having one eye on a new website design and launch.
• Product experience is KEY! We are looking for someone that has worked in the marketing and branding of a product or, products.
• Previous experience producing sales or marketing documentation, specific to physical products or items.
