We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Membership Coordinator to support members with brand identity, digital platforms and day-to-day marketing needs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across brand, design, content and digital support.
What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate member engagement across marketing, digital, and branding services
• Support brand development including logos, signage, and online presence
• Manage updates across websites, email marketing platforms and affiliate programs
• Deliver member onboarding, training resources and content support
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience
• Represent the business at occasional events and industry functions

What you’ll bring:

• A qualification in marketing or related discipline
• 1+ year experience in a marketing support or coordinator role
• Proficiency with Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, email platforms and CMS
• Understanding of HTML and database management
• A creative eye for design and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to customer service

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
