Are you a creative, organised and enthusiastic professional ready to take the next step in your marketing and events career? We are looking for a talented marketing coordinator with events experience who thrives working at a fast pace with a dynamic team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support marketing campaigns, create website and social media content, coordinate consumer shows and member events, and assist with stakeholder engagement, planning, and governance.

You’ll have 1-2 years’ experience in event coordination, digital marketing, and design or content creation. The ideal candidate will have a high level of administrative capability, excellent written communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering great work. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand: Provide administrative support to the marketing team for campaign coordination and content preparation

Responsibility

Create, schedule and post content on social media and digital platforms as directed.

Format and source images for marketing materials and maintain marketing asset libraries and databases.

Design marketing collateral, documents, forms and materials for internal and external distribution.

Coordinate distribution of newsletters and email campaigns via templates and lists.

Monitor live campaign activity and compile basic performance data.

Assist with SEO tasks and digital reporting.

Events & Exhibitions: Provide logistical support for all events, exhibitor management and show marketing activities.

Responsibility

Coordinate exhibitor booking processes, including site allocations and ancillaries.

Coordinate cooperative marketing arrangements for shows.

Operationally support the Events & Members Manager with all aspects of the shows and events.

Strategy & Planning: Support the strategic and operational planning processes through coordination, documentation, and follow-up.

Responsibility

Compile and format strategic and operational plans for team review.

Track action items and deadlines arising from planning workshops.

Members: Provide administrative and customer-service support to sustain positive member experiences.

Responsibility

Process membership applications, renewals, and invoicing.

Maintain member profiles on the website and internal database.

Respond to member queries and escalate issues as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement: Provide support for partnership and stakeholder engagement activities.

Responsibility

Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners and industry contacts.

Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement logs.

Advocacy: Provide administrative assistance to support the team’s industry advocacy activities.

Responsibility

Assist with preparation and distribution of advocacy materials (briefing notes, presentations).

Coordinate logistics for advocacy meetings and stakeholder engagements.

Financial Management: Provide financial administrative support for invoicing and coordination of sales activities.

Responsibility

Generate and issue invoices for exhibitors, ancillaries, and marketing bookings.

Coordinate booking confirmations and liaise with finance on payment follow-up.

Corporate Governance & Compliance: Provide administrative support to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibility

Maintain registers and calendars for policies, procedures, and statutory deadlines.

Assist with preparation and filing of compliance reports and Board papers.

Operations & Administration: Provide administrative support for website content and general operational tasks.

Responsibility

Update website content, including Member Toolkit, partnership news, and general pages.

Process new member and cancellation updates in internal systems.

Teamwork: Support a culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, quality and service.

Responsibility

Be a team player and maintain a collaborative team spirit focused on service excellence and aligning with our Values.

Undertake other projects as requested.
