Here's a little about the role…

This full-time, in-house role sits within a driven and capable marketing team, alongside our Digital Marketing + AI Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager and Digital Content Coordinator. With a Marketing Director and Graphic Designer joining soon, we’re building serious momentum, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring it all together.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like…

Manage marketing operations, including reviewing campaign calendars, timelines and WIPs, coordinating priorities, upcoming deliverables, team administration, and communicating updates with internal stakeholders.

Work with external partners, including designers, printers, merch suppliers, and digital agencies to move marketing projects forward.

Support the coordination and delivery of marketing activities across digital marketing and AI, strategic partnerships, and graphic design.

Monitor campaign performance and ROI, generating reports, analysing insights, and identifying opportunities to optimise tactics and improve future results.

Assist in the development and rollout of brand collateral and promotional materials.

Prepare or contribute to communications content, including presentations and marketing materials as required.

You bring experience in marketing coordination with a strong understanding of how campaigns, content and digital channels come together.

You'd describe yourself as flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment; more than happy to adapt as priorities shift.

You manage multiple deadlines with ease and know how to balance structure with agility.

You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive and solutions-focused team culture.

You bring energy, curiosity and creativity and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done.

You care about getting the details right and take pride in supporting a team to deliver high-quality work that is on-brand and on time.
