Your Job

This business is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their already strong team. You will be overseeing the delivery of a circa. $90m apartment project and will be instrumental in being the project leader ensuring the project runs smoothly and their trade partner relationships remain the foundation of the business. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the project from conception to completion, contributing to their reputation for delivering projects of the highest standard.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position.
• Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore (Preferred),
• Proven experience working for the builder or developer / builder in a project manager position, influencing build-ability through design smarts.
• Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage all contractual documentation, including agreements, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with other project managers, design managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project partners.
• Improve / Implement best practices and procedures to optimize contract management processes and enhance project efficiency.
