As their pipeline continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit team.

The Role

• Design Management and project planning of a Multi-Residential Project
• Client management and engagement
• Develop and manage a well-resourced project team
• Management of Head Contract claims, extensions, variations
• Construction Methodology
• Take ownership of the project from the outset, managing the design phase and overseeing procurement before leading construction
• Drive the program and achieve or exceed project deadlines
• Programming
• Cost reports and budget forecasting

The Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience as a PM on building projects $50m-$100m for Head contractors within Australia
• Multi-Resi and/or Commercial project experience (multi-level project experience essential)
• Dynamic and outcomes focused
• Strong with systems and have well developed processes
• Excellent contract knowledge and management of head contract claims, variations, EOT etc.
• Proven track record of managing projects and teams from initial design and project set up through to a successful completion
• Strong building knowledge, up to date with the latest construction methodology and well-developed problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage a high workload and maintain accuracy and proficiency

• Immediate interview & start pending notice period
• $220,000 - $240,000 + Super
• A leadership role on a key project with a financially secure business
• Direct engagement and partnership with the Construction Manager
