Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Cleaning Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning operations across multiple sites within your designated area. You will ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Remuneration : Based on experience will be $75,000- $80,000 plus Super, company vehicle for work purposes and mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of cleaners across multiple commercial sites.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company standards.

Manage schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts.

Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining strong client relationships.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

Report any maintenance issues or equipment needs to management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license.

MUST be available for various shifts (mainly evenings) and weekends if required.
