About the Role

As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will lead the technical design, integration, and optimisation of GRDC’s enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure. This senior role delivers strategic improvements, ensures platform reliability, and supports complex system architectures across a hybrid Azure environment, enabling seamless operations and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Azure-based application solutions
• Lead system integration, performance tuning, and cloud optimisation
• Manage application lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide high-level support and governance across cloud platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Ensure robust documentation, security, and configuration management

Skills & Experience

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services including App Services & Service Bus
• Experience designing integrated solutions with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
• Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Factory & Synapse
• Strong background in application and data security best practices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Bicep templates, and automation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
