As an Assembly Technician / Trade Assistant, you will Support the performance of top-quality repairs and maintenance on accident-related vehicles.

This position is day shift, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

About the role:

• Assist in the assembly of automotive parts and components
• Support the diagnose damaged mechanical components on accident-related vehicles
• Support the performance of top-quality repairs and maintenance on accident-related vehicles
• Support safety inspections and quality checks, ensuring every job meets high standards
• Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
• Keep your workspace organized, tidy and adhere to OH&S policies

Must haves:

• Drivers licence to test drive and move vehicles
• Be able to pull out components and full replacements in relation to smash vehicles
• Remove/strip & refit complete suspension assemblies on all makes and models
• Scan tool experience
• Able to follow strict processes on job sheets, quality control, bolt checks, photos, etc
