Due to expansion, Mawson Lakes Mazda is seeking the services for the following position:

Trainee Service Advisor – MAZDA ‘WITH A 4 DAY WORKING WEEK’

You will need:

A genuine belief and understanding of Customer Satisfaction.

To be self-driven and have a strong sense of ownership.

A professional phone manner.

To have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to multi task.

To have high attention to detail.

To establish rapport with clients, colleagues and management.

The ability to absorb systems and procedures.

To have superior people and communication skills.

To have strong problem solving skills.

To be reliable and have a great work ethic.

To be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience with Pentana Solutions Era system is ideal, but not essential.
