Northstar has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our dealership in Nuriootpa in the heart of the Barossa region. We are a growing dealership and it is an exciting time to join this progressive business and develop your career within the automotive industry.

The position of Service Advisor will ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for the customer from initial contact to vehicle pick up and will be the first point of contact between customers and the service department. As this position is a front-end customer facing role, it requires excellent customer service skills with high level communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for some of the following duties;

· Greet customers, answer phone calls and coordinate vehicle service bookings

· Explain recommended services to customers, outlining potential costs and advice on warranty coverage

· Seek authorisation from customers when repair estimates are revised

· Conduct service reminders across all brands

· Ensuring customers are satisfied with the service they receive and resolve any issues or complaints

· Provide quotes on repairs and services

· Process orders, invoices and payments

· Arrange delivery of service vehicles and loan vehicles to customers

· Consult with technicians to understand the problem and potential solutions, including necessary repairs and alternative options

· Liaising with manufacturers

This is a full-time role for someone with an exceptional customer service focus and professional outlook.

This position will offer a remuneration package between $55,000 and $70,000 per annum depending on your current level of skill and experience.
