About the role

Mawson Lakes Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Mawson Lakes, South Australia. As a full-time Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued Mazda customers.

What you'll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service through telephone and email interactions

Assisting customers with product inquiries, bookings, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining detailed records and documenting all customer interactions

Actively promoting Mazda products and services to customers

Supporting the sales team by providing product information and assisting with customer referrals

Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences

Familiarity with automotive products and services, or a willingness to learn

Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools

A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers
