We’re seeking an experienced SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant to drive critical transformation projects, optimise payroll processes, and support end-to-end implementations in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and deliver full-cycle implementation and ongoing support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, covering payroll, time management, personnel administration, and employee self-service
• Collaborate closely with finance (FI) and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll postings, including GL accounts, HR vendors, and cost centres
• Provide hands-on expertise during cutover activities, data migration, and testing phases to ensure robust, compliant solutions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain smooth business operations
• Analyse business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions that align with payroll regulations and compliance requirements

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years of experience implementing, managing, and optimising SAP HCM, specifically payroll and time management modules
• Deep understanding of Australian payroll processes, calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance
• Proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementation and support
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively in a large, complex project environment
• Exposure to S/4HANA implementations highly desirable
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment and Onboarding desireable
