Join a global consultancy delivering critical digital transformation in the energy and utilities sector. We’re seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to take ownership of complex SAP S/4HANA finance projects, drive process excellence, and collaborate closely with business and technical teams in a dynamic enterprise environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide hands-on functional configuration and support across SAP FI and CO modules within S/4HANA
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex finance system issues, performing root cause analysis and enhancements as needed
• Collaborate with finance business teams and other SAP operations teams to ensure seamless integration with modules like SD and MM
• Support and guide month-end and year-end close activities, asset accounting, revaluations, depreciation runs, and settlements
• Build and maintain master data, support VIM/OpenText, and leverage tools like Process Runner to create business templates
• Provide technical direction and accurate timelines for tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What you’ll bring:

• At least 8 years of hands-on SAP FI and CO functional configuration experience, with a minimum of 2 years in SAP S/4HANA
• Deep expertise in FI components: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banks, Treasury, document splitting, and intercompany processes
• Strong CO experience: Cost Centres, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), product costing, manufacturing variances, and profit centres
• Proven experience integrating FI/CO with SD, MM, and legacy systems
• Solid understanding of master data including Material, Vendor, Customer, BOMs, Routings, and Bank Masters
• Experience in supporting accounts receivables credit and deduction management, vendor invoice management, and contract accounting

Nice to have:

• Exposure to S/4HANA Bank Communication Management, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Experience with Concur integration, FICA, and project systems integration
