In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 175 employees across Australia and 4 in New Zealand. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with local legislation and company procedures.

What you’ll do:

Process fortnightly payroll for Australia and New Zealand employees

Reconcile timesheets, leave balances, and other payroll data

Respond to employee queries around payroll, tax, and benefits

Assist with payroll account reconciliations

Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data accuracy

Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll vendors

What you bring:

3–5 years’ experience in a similar payroll role

Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and EBAs

Experience with outsourced payroll vendors (ADP and Oracle HCM preferred)

Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Qualification in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
