Senior Administration Service Officer
Lady Clark Centre Inc. is a not-for-profit, retirement village in Claremont, established in 1968, we have a rich history providing Commonwealth pensioner retirees with secure, safe, modern, comfortable unit accommodation in a retirement community village setting.
Our village offers 78 units, flowing over 6+ acres of private roads, parkland and gardens and only a short stroll from essential services in Claremont.
About the Role: We're Looking for Someone Special!
Lady Clark is seeking a committed and capable administration professional.
You will bring:
5 years' experience in business administration/front office and/or client centric services.
An understanding of small/medium business, registered charities, not for profit, housing, community services, or retirement living.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, positive attitude, and a respectful, compassionate and confident approach to working with older people.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Word, advanced Excel, SharePoint, Electronic Diary Management, Finance Management Xero, Adobe, and versatile with other software platforms and office equipment.
A collaborative mindset, ready to learn new things, grow and contribute to a community focused organisation.
Strong data management and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
It would be great if you also have:
Knowledge of regulatory compliance Retirement Villages and Incorporated Associations, Registered Charities (or a willingness to learn).
Other requirements:
Current Driver's Licence.
National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months).
Working with Vulnerable People (TAS) registration or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid and Food Safety Certificates or willingness to obtain.
Australian citizenship, permanent residency or valid work rights.
