Description
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries and commercial orders
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Maintain high standards of service and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Handle administrative tasks related to order processing and customer support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product information and guidance tailored to client needs.
Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar customer service role
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
- A relevant business degree or diploma (highly regarded).
