Description

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries and commercial orders
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Handle administrative tasks related to order processing and customer support
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product information and guidance tailored to client needs.

Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar customer service role
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
• A relevant business degree or diploma (highly regarded).
