You’ll keep the admin humming for the maintenance and small works division. Projects range from $200k to $1M but most are around $200k. It’s steady, repeat business for good clients who expect things done right.

You’ll be based in Malvern, close to good coffee and decent lunch spots. You’ll sit amongst the main construction division, working closely with the divisional leader and the wider team. You’ll be part of it, not parked in a back office.

You must have worked in construction for a head contractor and bring a solid work history. Ideally, you’ve worked in a construction small works or maintenance division before and know how these faster-paced jobs run. You’ll understand how to keep RFIs moving, close out jobs properly, and keep things ticking without bottlenecks.

You’ll handle Procore admin, RFIs, close-outs and all the moving pieces that keep these smaller jobs sharp and well run. This isn’t a giant project team with layers of red tape; you’ll see the impact of your work.
