In collaboration with other Mental Health Services, Open Minds are leading the development and oversight of the Clinical Care Coordination Program across the Country to Coast (CCQ) Primary Health Network (PHN). These services are designed to provide a comprehensive, integrated and holistic approach to mental health care for adults with moderate - complex mental health conditions.

Due to growth at the service and funding for mental health programs, we are pleased to be working alongside the Open Minds team to support the recruitment of the Clinical Services Manager based in the Sunshine Coast.

As the Clinical Services Manager with Open Minds, you will report into the 'General Manager - Integrated Mental Health' and have Clinical Oversight of 3 of Open Minds Programs; Clinical Care Coordination, The Way Back Program, and the Suicide Support Program. In this role you will work alongside Senior Leadership and support operational duties, contribute to strategic growth and be responsible for Clinical Direction of the portfolio across the Central Coast region including Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and Central Queensland
This would suit someone with significant clinical experience within Mental Health and someone who has demonstrated experience in operations and management.

About you:

• Relevant Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or MH Nursing
• Accreditation with a governing body (AASW or AHPRA)
• In depth knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care
• Clinical background in Mental Health
• People leadership experience
