About the Role

Due to ongoing growth, this highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Manager to join its dynamic Business Services team. Beyond compliance, this role allows you to work with unique industries and forward-thinking clients, delivering high-impact advisory services. There is also a pathway to partnership for those wishing and able to progress to partner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own portfolio and work closely with Partners

Lead strategic business discussions and advisory initiatives

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing team culture

Deliver complex management reporting and tax planning advice

Design and analyse bespoke financial reporting models

Develop networks and represent the firm across the broader business community

About You

You are a self-starter with a passion for supporting clients beyond the numbers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring strong leadership qualities to the team.

You’ll also bring:

CA/CPA qualification

Proven experience at manager level in a public practice accounting firm in Australia

A consulting mindset with strong client engagement skills

Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Drive, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach
