Job Title: Implementation Support Officer – VINCI Software
Reports To: Customer Success Manager
Location: Parramatta CBD (hybrid)

Role Purpose
You will help new customers transition smoothly onto the VINCI platform. Partnering with the Product, and Client Success teams, you’ll configure environments, migrate data, and shepherd clients through testing and go-live. The role is perfect for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with front line client interaction in a fast-moving SaaS setting.

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Onboarding Delivery

• Execute configuration tasks: templates, workflows, user roles, system preferences.
• Clean, transform, and import client data into VINCI.
• Coordinate UAT and go-live checklists

Client Engagement

• Clarify requirements, timelines, and data questions directly with client stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates, meeting notes, and how-to guides to ensure client confidence.

Project Tracking & Documentation

• Maintain Jira tickets and internal Confluence pages.
• Record configuration changes to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.

Risk & Issue Management

• Surface blockers early, propose mitigation options, and keep the team informed.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous-improvement retros.

Process Improvement

• Help refine data-import templates, SOPs, and onboarding process documentation to boost repeatability and speed.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years in software implementation, onboarding, or technical/client support.
• Comfortable manipulating data sets in Excel (sorting, filtering, v-lookups) and CSV.
• Confident communicator - able to translate technical steps into clear client language.
• Experience with SaaS or web platforms and ticket/project tools.
• Strong organisational habits; able to juggle multiple client timelines and priorities.

Desirable Skills
• Exposure to the healthcare or NDIS sector.
• Experience authoring knowledge-base articles or training materials.
• Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
• Used VINCI Software in a previous role.
